JSG specializes in the planning and development of environmentally acceptable and cost effective navigation and port facility projects. Consistent with that expertise, the J. Simmons Group has unique experience in the developing comprehensive dredged material placement programs providing for the coordinated use and management of multiple sites serving multiple users, including cost-sharing and cost recovery for said program.

The J. Simmons Group also provides construction management and inspection services relative to these projects and programs. Finally, the J. Simmons Group has a construction of certain elements of environmentally beneficial uses of dredged material in conjunction with a navigation or port facility project.
