PMO PROJECT
This multi-phase project, contracted by Pepper Lawson Waterworks, scope of work is to design and construct a new Program Management Office (PMO) Building during construction of the Mickey Leland International Terminal (MLIT) at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). As a preferred subcontractor, JSG has performed site clearing; site demolition; rough grading; excavation of the building pad; fine grading and structural fill for the building pad. Future work for the project including rough and fine grading for concrete paving; lime stabilization; and finish grading for site landscaping are scheduled as well.
